Great services to stand out from the rest of the online listings as well as for promotional material. Depending on the size of the home and time of the year no more than two photos per evening.

• Aerial Photography - $110

When a listing is on a large property or there is an absolutely gorgeous views, aerial photography can provide more visual representation of the listing for a buyer to see the property in a whole new way.

• Virtual Staging - $40/photo (See Sample Here)

This service is a great option when trying to sell a vacant home and the budget doesn't allow for real live staging. 

• Next Business Day Delivery - $70

If you need your photos to be edited and delivered to you ASAP, this service is a guarantee that you will receive your photos next day by 8am.

• Listing Flyer - $50 (See Sample Here)

We will create best looking flyer for your needs so you don't need to take time create the flyer yourself. We will deliver the flyer to you via PDF and JPG format which then you will be able to print it anywhere you like.

• Light Picture Edit - $20/photo

Not always a home can be fully ready for the photo shoot with light picture edit service we will make sure that any photo will look the best by removing or adding objects for professional quality photos. Please contact us for more details.

• Travel Fee

Our primary service area is Charlotte, NC but we will travel anywhere you need us to go. If the listing is beyond 25 mile radius of Charlotte, NC a travel fee will apply. Contact us for more information regarding travel.

For all Saturday shoots additional $40 will apply to the total amount and no shoots will happen on Sundays.
